Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take a few days for the carrier to update the status of your order, but it is on its way. In Transit: The carrier has picked up the shipment and it is en route from us to you.
Out for Delivery: The carrier has your item locally and will soon deliver your shipment, or it is ready to be picked up at your carrier's place of business.
Exceptions: Customs hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any other shipping exceptions. in this case, please contact your local post office or courier/shipper used, and provide them with the tracking number for further instructions.
Failed Attempt: The carrier attempted to deliver your order but was unsuccessful. They usually leave a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office/courier service with the tracking number to arrange the delivery schedule or pick-up.
